With over 17,000 trade visitors and nearly 90 exhibitors, World of Quantum is the world's largest trade fair for quantum technology. The Laser World of Photonics, the World of Photonics Congress, and automatica will take place concurrently. QuCUN will showcase the platform's latest developments, among other things. A highlight for those interested: the Qiskit hackathon and various application panels will offer deep insights into the future of quantum technology.

HANNOVER MESSE, the world's most important platform for industrial technologies, opens its doors from March 31 to April 4, 2025. QuCUN will be present in Hall 002, Stand A02 (A02/9) and will showcase innovative solutions in the field of quantum computing. Over 4,000 exhibitors and more than 130,000 visitors will gather in Hanover to explore the latest developments in areas such as Industry 4.0, automation and digital transformation. Highlight for QuCUN enthusiasts: Our stage presentation "QuCUN - Quantum Computing: How to Get Started" on April 2, 2025, from 3:15 PM to 3:30 PM (CEST) in Hall 2, Stand D10. The exhibition offers QuCUN a unique opportunity to present research results and technological advances to an international audience and to demonstrate how quantum technology can transform industrial sectors.

The 2nd Status Seminar on Quantum Computing took place in Munich on November 18 and 19, 2024. The event's purpose was to facilitate exchange among quantum experts and foster synergies in quantum research. The seminar, held at the historic gas meter workshop in Munich, gathered over 100 participants from research, industry, and startups. It served as a platform for intensive exchange among project partners of BMBF funding programs, including "Application Network for Quantum Computing" and "Application-Oriented Quantum Informatics." Representatives from hardware and software manufacturers, as well as industrial users, presented their latest developments and discussed challenges. Networking breaks and poster sessions facilitated valuable discussions and new cooperation ideas. The positive feedback from participants underscores the seminar's role as a central networking platform for the German quantum computing community, contributing significantly to strengthening Germany's position in quantum computing.
